School Choice

Recently the KY Supreme Court heard oral arguments regarding HB 563.  This bill allows a tax credit to be given to an Account Granting Organization to distribute tuition assistance funds to families who desire educational opportunities for their children, but face financial obstacles.  At this time we are waiting for a decision from the KY State Supreme Court.
